Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can SunVista® Pinto Beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1 (15oz) can SunVista® Black Beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1 (15oz) can SunVista® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1 (15.25oz) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded, diced
- 1 jalapeno chile, seeded, ribs removed, finely diced
- 1/2 cup small red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions
In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
Serving Suggestions: Serve this bright and fresh bean salad/salsa as a side dish with any grilled meat, spoon it into tacos, serve it as a salsa with tortilla chips, or toss some with chopped lettuce for a side salad. This recipe is also great if you squeeze a little fresh lime juice over the top just before serving.
