- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (16oz) can SunVista® Refried Beans
- 1 cup Pico de Gallo (purchased or homemade)

Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, about 13 inches long
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (16oz) can SunVista® Refried Beans
- 1 cup Pico de Gallo (purchased or homemade)
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Cut baguette into 1/3-inch slices, about 39 slices. Brush both sides with olive oil; arrange in single layer on large baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Halfway through baking, turn bread slices over and rotate baking sheet. Cool. Top each crostini with rounded teaspoon of refried beans and 1 teaspoon Pico de Gallo.
