Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano
- 1 (4oz) can fire roasted dried green chilies
- 1 (12oz) bottle dark Mexican beer
- 1 (29oz) can SunVista® Peruvian Beans (drained, rinsed)

- 1 (29oz) can SunVista® Peruvian Beans (drained, rinsed)
Directions
In medium skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently. Stir in onion. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic, oregano, green chilies and beer. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 to 8 minutes or until liquid is reduced to about half, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
