Ingredients
- 2 (15oz) cans SunVista® White Beans (drained)
- 1 ½ cups canned cactus paddles (nopales), diced
- 3 plum tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
Combine beans, nopales, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and avocado in a large bowl.
Squeeze lime juice over salad. Add oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
