Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can SunVista® Garbanzo Beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1 small shallot, coarsely chopped
- 2 small garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
In food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover; process 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth. Serve with raw vegetables or pita chips.
Tip: To save time, you can use Ranch seasoning mix instead of the dried herbs.
