Ingredients

1 (15oz) can SunVista® Black Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 (15oz) can SunVista® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 (15oz) can SunVista® Pinto Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn (drained)
2 large tomatoes, seeded, diced
1 jalapeno chile, seeded, ribs removed, finely diced
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation:

In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
